匾额不仅是庙宇中的题字文物，更可作为建庙过程中由不同族群与个人捐献的历史物证。金宝古庙现存八方匾额：“海禺沐德” 、“威靈顯赫”、“赫聲濯靈”、“壯麗規模”、“祐我高高” 、“澤及同人”、“從今顯赫” 与“澤被潮黎”，皆由不同籍贯族群或商号所敬奉，落款年代集中于 1904 至 1905年，恰与古庙重建时期相吻合。

There are eight plaques hanging within the temple, dedicated by different dialect groups or by trading chops. They date from 1904 to 1905, corresponding to the period of the temple’s reconstruction.

Terdapat lapan buah plak yang tergantung di dalam tokong, dipersembahkan oleh pelbagai kumpulan dialek atau syarikat perdagangan. Plak-plak ini bertarikh antara tahun 1904 hingga 1905, sejajar dengan tempoh pembinaan semula tokong.
