福德正神，即 “土地公” ，又称“大伯公”，是一方土地上的守护神，因此供奉土地神保佑家宅平安、事业兴旺、五谷丰登。神明金身上方横幅为“福德祠”，两旁对联曰：“福由天降，德自人修”。

He is also commonly known as the Tu Di Gong (土地公) or Fude Zhengshen (福德正神). He is believed to protect the land and its people, while also symbolizing gratitude to the local soil for providing livelihood and shelter. He is worshiped for seeking blessings of safety, prosperity, good harvests, and harmonious living. 

Fu De Ci juga dikenali sebagai Tu Di Gong (土地公) atau Fude Zhengshen (福德正神).

Dewa ini dipercayai melindungi tanah dan penduduknya. Pemujaan terhadap dewa ini lazimnya bertujuan untuk memohon keberkatan keselamatan, kemakmuran, hasil tuaian yang lumayan, serta kehidupan yang harmoni.
